You are finding the fly or ring in your burger. You find it in the second bite, in your mouth. The ring is a ladies engagement ring however it is badly damaged having gone through a meat grinder attached to a finger. You have to finish the burger. You get to keep and sell/propose with the ring. The fly is a bot fly which may or may not lay it's eggs in you, in which cause you have to let them grow and hatch.
So there’s finger meat in the former burger? Do I know that the finger went through the grinder, or do I intuit as much? Or am I just blissfully ignorant? How valuable is the ring? Ballpark estimate.
Do the eggs hatch in my stomach or mouth or under my epidermis? How likely is that to happen?
